Light In The Attic has announced the first-ever reissues of Hiroshi Yoshimura’s iconic album GREEN. Originally released in 1986, the album is one of Yoshimura’s most well-loved recordings and a favourite of the Japanese ambient artists himself. The album is meant to convey ‘the comfortable scenery of the natural cycle known as GREEN’, as Yoshimura explains in the original liner notes.
The reissue features the original mix preferred by Yoshimura and is the first release on the WATER COPY imprint, a collaboration with Yoshimura’s estate focusing on his works. Both a transparent green coloured vinyl and a clear vinyl will be available from the Light In The Attic store.
