Long Live Vinyl wins Partnership of the Year

We are thrilled to have brought home two awards from the PPA Independent Publisher Awards. Two of the our brands were successful at the awards – Long Live Vinyl and Women’s Running – winning the Commercial Partnership of the Year and the Consumer Launch/Relaunch of the Year, respectively.

Long Live Vinyl, a monthly print magazine dedicated to all things vinyl, won Commercial Partnership of the Year for their collaboration with Record Store Day. The magazine produces the official Record Store Day guide every March, featuring details of all 500+ releases and distributed to every one of the 250+ participating shops. Long Live Vinyl has also built on the partnership to launch an annual competition to find the UK’s favourite independent record shop.

Women’s Running magazine, the first and only UK running magazine written by women, for women, received the award for Consumer Launch/Relaunch of the Year. Anthem acquired the magazine last year, and rebranded it in January. This involved a complete redesign of the physical appearance and editorial tone of the magazine, and the PPA praised Women’s Running for succeeding on all levels.
